For as long as I can remember, my life creed has always been “When you can help, you have a moral obligation to help without consideration of consequences or reward-- you must help.” From this, Christopher Watts, MBA, a long-time resident of Chicago, launched The Christopher Watts Initiative.
The Christopher Watts Initiative is leadership, collaboration, innovation and performance in the movement towards working communities, safety and financial vitality through workforce development, career training, entrepreneurship, networking and communications.
Christopher is a recipient of the 2018 Archbishop James P Lyke African American Image Award from The Knights of Peter Claver, Ladies Auxiliary St Felicitas-St Albie Court #181, 2015 CARRE Visionary Award from The Safer Foundation - Council of Advisors to Reduce Recidivism through Employment (CARRE) and 2013 Community Partner Award from The Center for Advancing Domestic Peace.
Christopher has held many titles in the role of consultant, contractor and employee including Project Manager, Trainer, Program Manager, Business Services Manager, Assistant Site Manager, Tax Office Manager, Program Supervisor, Career Counselor and Education & Employment Manager.
